Terms of service

These terms cover the phone answering service JS Solutions provides to subscribing businesses.

What the service does

We answer calls to your business line that you do not answer yourself. Our system takes the caller's name, number and reason for calling, and sends you a text message with those details. You keep your own phone number; calls reach us only when you have set your phone to forward unanswered calls to us.

Text notifications

You receive one text per answered call, typically two to ten a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop them, HELP for contact details.

What it costs

$149 per month after any agreed free trial, plus a one-time setup fee quoted before you start. No contract. Cancel by telling us — we will stop billing at the end of that month.

Turning it off

You can stop calls reaching us at any time by cancelling call forwarding on your own phone. That takes effect immediately and does not require us.

What we do not do

• We do not quote prices on your behalf beyond figures you have given us.
• We do not guarantee that every call is answered, that details are captured perfectly, or that an appointment offered is one you can keep.
• We are not responsible for lost business arising from a missed, mis-handled or mis-recorded call. The service reduces missed calls; it does not eliminate them.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the information you give us accurate — hours, services, prices.
• Review the leads we send and follow them up. We do not contact your customers on your behalf beyond answering their call.
• Tell your own customers about call recording if you ask us to enable it.

Your data

Your call records are yours. Ask and we will export them. Ask and we will delete them. We do not share them with anyone, and we do not use one business's information to benefit another.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand, and you are free to cancel.
